Our family of 7 is coming to Disney in September. We have booked two separate rooms. What is the best way to handle our Dining Reservations and Fast Passes? Should we link our Disney Experience together or do them separately. Thanks much

    Hi Kathi,

Sounds as though you are the designated planner in the family! If indeed you are going to be making all the plans for your entire travel party, I highly recommend linking both room reservations through My Disney Experience. First, you need to make sure that everyone in those two rooms are linked together through your Family & Friends list. Log in to your My Disney Experience account, then look for the Mickey icon located on the upper right-hand corner of the screen. You'll see a MyDisneyExperience tab there. Hover over it, then a drop down menu will appear. Click on the tab that says "My Family & Friends", then choose to connect using the second option that says "Through his or her Disney Resort Hotel reservation". Enter the second resort confirmation number and the last name on that reservation. For further clarity, here are the step-by-step instructions for adding Family & Friends to your list. Once everyone in the two rooms are connected through My Disney Experience, your room reservations will be linked. Afterward, you’ll be able to quickly add anyone to your dining reservations, make their FastPass+ selections, include them in activities, etc. In short, you'll have the ability to view and manage the plans for your entire party.

If you purchase the Disney Memory Maker, make sure to enable photo sharing between the two reservations. That way all the photos that have been scanned to your MagicBand, and theirs, will be available for you to view, share and download.

Wishing your family an unforgettable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
