I have a family of 6 (4 children 3 with FASD) – are there any tips for visiting WDW? This trip is for our adoption celebration and the children have never been on any vacation. We are excited to plan our trip. We want to go in Jan/Feb 2018.

    Hi Nichole,

Welcome to Disney Parks Moms Panel. So excited for you! First, decide how many days you would like to stay at WDW. Suggestion? 5 to 6 days and you will not see it all. Decide which Disney's resort would you guys will stay. Stay in one that have a  fully equipped kitchen like The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, it's useful. Read a great review about that resort at Touring Plans. For the restaurants with table service, specially the ones with Character Meal, you will need to make reservations starting with 180 days in advance. Create your account at My Disney Expedience app and start to plan and book everything. With 60 days prior, schedule your FastPasses+ and purchase a Memory Maker because you will want to have all the photos from this first trip and it will include the ride photos too. Don't hesitate to come back with other questions.

    Have a magical day!
