    Heather from MI Asked

Hello! My family and I just booked our first Disney World trip for Spring 2017! I have a few questions though while planning! How do I get a hard copy map of Magic Kingdom so we can plan out our days? Also, when do we know our room number after booking?

    Hey, Heather!

Wahoo! and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your first Walt Disney World Resort trip with so much to see and do...are you ready for the magic?

Disney has made it easy for you to print the exact same maps at home that you would get in the theme parks.

Here are the quick links: Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. You may also explore interactive maps on My Disney Experience and the My Disney Experience Mobile App where you can create an itinerary, schedule FastPass+ (free to everyone) and dining reservations, see showtimes and wait times, and even "Get Directions" between locations.

You will receive a room number at the front desk of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Even with Online Check-In, you should stop at the front desk. There is no guarantee your room will be available if you arrive before standard check-in time.

Disney Dad Tip: If your room is not ready and you would like to enjoy the theme parks or explore, then ask the front desk to text message your room number to you when it is ready.

Heather, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
