HI, our family will be arriving from Australia on the 7th of Nov will the RIVERS OF LIGHT in AK still be operating after this date. We are unable to find out any details regarding this night parade .Thankyou for all your information it makes it easy.

Hi Laurence! Welcome to such long distance travelers. I have had the pleasure of visiting your wonderful country and hope you will find ours as wonderful! Surely you will find a lot of magic and pixie dust at Walt Disney World!

Rivers of Light is the highly anticipated night time show in the Animal Kingdom park. It had a short debut this summer and then went into hibernation while they worked on details they were not satisfied with. I think we all hoped it would open again this fall in time for the holidays but the latest rumors are that it will not open again until spring of 2017. I know my own family was quite disappointed as they will be visiting the end of November.

But there are many other things happening to take the place. There is a new Hollywood Studios Holiday show and dessert party. Although many of us will miss the Osborne Lights this is something special we can see at the Studios. If you might be interested and there during this time please call the dining number for a reservation to the dessert party. Otherwise you can visit the park and view the show on your own in front of the Chinese Theater.
