My family and I will arrive on a Monday afternoon at 3pm. We are staying at the Wydam Bennett Creek and we will need to get settled in. Is it possible for us to go to Illuminations that night or will we have to use a whole days ticket to get in?

Once you arrive the Wyndham and settle in, you can enjoy your resort pool, head to Downtown Disney for dinner or visit a WDW hotel for a meal. Perhaps you would enjoy visiting the Animal Kingdom Lodge to see the animals from Arusha Rock and enjoy a delectable buffet at Boma?

Unfortunately, you won't be able to go see IllumiNations inside Epcot unless you utilize a day of your tickets. Any time that you enter a park's turnstile (unless you are returning after having already been there that same day or have a park hopper to visit a different WDW theme park in a single day), a full day will be deducted from your allotment.

There are lots of options for your first night including a dinner show such as Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at Ft. Wilderness! Visit the Boardwalk resort for your meal and you'll be able to view some of the upper fireworks from IllumiNations right outside.

One of our favorite first night activities is to enjoy a swim, then head to Chef Mickey's for dinner and a round-trip ride on the monorail!
