We are a family of 5. 2 Adults and three boys - 6, 4 and 1 1/2 years. What is the cheapest, easiest and best way to go on a Disneyworls vacation? Are there any specials, coupons for the parks, hotels, food etc. to save money?

Hi Nicole and thanks for visiting the Moms Panel! I have a few suggestions for you. If you will be traveling to Disney World before your youngest son turns 2, then you will be able to all fit in a standard room at a Value Resort. Those rooms accommodate 4 plus a child under the age of 2 in a port-o-crib. Of course, if he's like our kids...he'll never really sleep in the crib and he'll "share" the big bed with you ;) One of the best benefits that comes with staying on property is that you won't need to rent a car. You'll save money using the complimentary Magical Express transportation from the airport, and once onsite all Disney transportation is included. In addition, Disney offers the Dining Plan which saves you money on your food. In addition, you can bring food into the parks with you for those between meal times when the kids need a snack. If you are a member of AAA, they sometimes have discounts available. In addition, Disney occasionally offers "free dining" during certain times of the year. Keep your eye out for those specials. A Walt Disney World vacation in a Value Resort can be quite economical and the memories you will share with your family are sure to be priceless. Let us know if you have any more questions and have a Happy New Year!
