My family (5 adults) will be going on our first cruise and have selected a DCL cruise in Dec. 2018. We are also tagging on a couple of days prior to the cruise at a WDW resort. What time can we anticipate the DCL bus to leave the resort for the terminal?

    Ahoy, Natissa!

It sounds like you've planned an amazing vacation for 2018. A surf and turf adventure with Disney is the way to go, and you'll be so glad you combined two magical destinations into one when next December rolls around! I love that Disney Cruise Line offers ground transportation to and from the Walt Disney World Resort because it really makes the land to sea transition smooth and seamless. There will be two times that you'll need to be aware of the morning of your departure, but unfortunately I can only tell you one at this time. Luggage pick-up is always around 8:00 a.m. in your resort hotel room. You do not need to be present in your resort room to have your bags picked up by a Disney Cast Member if you want to grab breakfast. You can just leave them tagged with Disney Cruise Line luggage tags by the door. Your motor coach will arrive late morning to early afternoon. Disney Cruise Line will inform you of your exact pick up time and location the day prior to your cruise via a letter in your resort room. This can change from sailing to sailing since Guests are staying at various resorts on the Walt Disney World Resort property. Your ride to the port will be about an hour to an hour and half.

Natissa, I hope you'll reach out with any additional questions you may have about your inaugural sailing with Disney Cruise Line. We are always happy to help you with your magical plans!

    Have a wonderful day!
