I have a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children. I would like to stay at a Value hotel with only 2 beds, but it will not let me select that option, since it states only 4 to a room. Are there exceptions - should I call?

    Hi Amanda,

If one of the children in your room is under the age of 3, then you will be able to stay in a standard room at a Value Resort. Otherwise, the maximum number of guests per room is 4. This is a fire code and therefore there are no exceptions.

If all of the children are over the age of 3, then I recommend checking out the Port Orleans Riverside. Those rooms have a fold down "murphy" style bed in them. This bed is the perfect size for a child age 10 and under (depending on their size). These rooms sleep 5 guests.

I hope this helps and that you have a wonderful vacation. Please do not hesitate to send me a follow up question if I can assist you further,
