We have 2 families flying to Orlando from different locations for a WDW vacation. We plan to take the Magical Express. Is there a way we could arrange to ride the same bus from the resort to the airport even though our flight times are an hour apart?

    Hi Heidi,

Absolutely! And you won't even need to make arrangements ahead of time. Simply create a meeting point in the airport for your two traveling parties. There is a sitting area near the windows in front of the Disney's Magical Express desk. Last October, we met up with my mother at this same spot when she flew in from a different city.

Then, once everyone has arrived, you can proceed to the Magical Express transportation.

Just be sure to have a back-up plan in case one traveling party is significantly delayed. Perhaps a text message saying that you've gone on ahead to the resort in the event that one party arrives very late. Check the Arrivals information once you land at Orlando International Airport to see if the second party is still on time.

    Have fun!
