Hi all! My fam; kids, ds 7, ds 2 &dd 12 will be coming early May 2014. I want to do something special geared towards each child, an activity or restaurant, not a tangible gift. Any ideas?? Not too worried about $$. Thanks, you guys are great!

    Hi, Amber!

    What a wonderful plan!

For your daughter, consider a spa treatment at one of the many spas located throughout Walt Disney World. Over Spring Break, my daughter had a lovely teen massage at Mandara Spa, located at the Walt Disney World Dolphin hotel. If she's more adventurous, try tandem parasailing at Sammy Duvall's Watersports Centre, located at Disney's Contemporary Resort. My 11-year-old son and I loved the views! Incredible!

For your 7-year-old son, check out The Pirates League, where he can be transformed into an authentic-looking shipmate of Captain Jack Sparrow. (I feel the need to mutter "arrrrrr!" right now...) A trip to Ridemakerz at Downtown Disney might be more his speed, so take a look at this Disney Parks Blog post about ABC Family star Joey Lawrence and what he loves about Ridemakerz.

For your littlest son, dine at Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort or at The Crystal Palace. Both feature great food, served buffet-style, as well as favorite characters. Winnie the Pooh and friends are at The Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom) and Mickey and Pals are at Chef Mickey's.

No matter what, get Disney's PhotoPass+ with a pre-order discount so that you'll capture those most precious moments, without having to worry about how much it may cost.

Send more questions as you plan this wonderful trip, Amber; I love to help!
