My extended family is coming in December! My parents may not choose to do everything we do while we are there. I would like to book our dining reservations to include them, but will be we penalized if they choose on that day to not dine with us?

Hi, Wendy! I would definitely make your Advance Dining Reservations including your parents. You will not be charged if they don't attend unless your entire party is a no-show.  For example, if you have a dinner reservation for 7 Guests at a restaurant that uses the credit card guarantee policy, and only 5 Guests are able to make it to dinner, you will not be charged a fee for the two who don't dine. As long as part of your travel party honors the reservation, then there will be no charge to your credit card for the ones who don't make it. This is a better alternative than showing up with two extra Guests who may or may not be able to be added to your meal. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
