Hi there could you explain to me please how to remove a pending quest request? From the app friends and family list? The request was sent back in 2016 when we last went to Disney and there is no visible way to cancel it as the cancel is not highlighted?

Hi Joanne! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

My Disney Experience is so useful when planning our holidays, and keeping all our details in one place.  Linking everyone in your party via the Family & Friends List means that you can easily make dining and FastPass+ reservations for everyone at the same time. You can invite people to connect with you through Family & Friends, and when they accept the invitation you can change each others plans, and view PhotoPass photos - you also have the option to limit what others can see (ie only shared plans, or all your plans). Click on Add a Guest, enter the details, and they will be sent an email invitation to be added to your list.  Until they accept or decline your invitation, Invitation Pending will be displayed next to their name. If you wish to cancel a pending invitation, I find it easier to use the webpage - just visit the official website, and click on My Disney Experience on the top right of the screen. Sign into your account, and select My Family & Friends.  To the right of Invitation Pending, click on Update, and then click Cancel Invitation. You then have the choice to manage their plans yourself, or re-send the invitation or remove them from your list. Remember you can make all your dining reservations up to 180 days in advance, online, or by using your My Disney Experience, and your FastPass+ selections 30 days in advance (or 60 days in advance if staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel).

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World. ~ Sue
