What to expect day after Christmas

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Dena!

I am excited that you are planning to visit the Disneyland Resort very soon! The Holidays are a truly dazzling time to visit which is why so many people decide to vacation here this time of year. While Christmas Day tends to be one of the busiest days at the parks, the days before and after can see large crowds as well. So if you’re visiting on December 26th, I would plan to arrive as early as possible and use Disney MaxPass (for an additional fee) to maximize your efficiency. Disney MaxPass allows you to make FASTPASS selections on your mobile device from anywhere in the parks. It is astonishing how much time MaxPass will save you!

While Christmas will have passed by the time you visit, you will still get to enjoy all the Holiday offerings. This includes A Christmas Fantasy Parade performing twice in the afternoon, Believe…In Holiday Magic fireworks that night, lightings of Christmas trees in both parks around dusk, the illumination of “it’s a small world” Holiday at 5:30 p.m., and two chances to see the Wintertime Enchantment at Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle. Plus all the entertainment and delicious food over in Disney California Adventure Park as part of the Disney Festival of Holidays!

I hope your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth is full of magic and memories!
