Can you exit and re enter the same theme park on the same day without having a park hopper? Will they only deduct the one ticket that day?

    Hi Courtney,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. There is something so magical about being in the same theme park all day, from the cool morning air that’s full of anticipation to the dreamy Florida sunset and twinkling evenings alight with pixie dust.

Your non-Park Hopper ticket grants you entry to one Walt Disney World theme park per day. For example, once you’ve entered Magic Kingdom Park, you may exit and re-enter Magic Kingdom Park, but you may not enter any other theme park until the next day. Please take a look at the Theme Park Tickets webpage for pricing and details about the different kinds of tickets available.

I am a huge fan of the mid-day break! My family usually arrives bright and early at our chosen park, and we enjoy a morning of attractions and park fun before heading back to our resort for a nap or some pool time. We then return to the park later in the afternoon for more magical fun. You can absolutely do that with a 1-Park-Per-Day ticket, as long as you are returning to the same park each time you re-enter.

One planning tip for one-park-per-day tickets: think about where you’ll be dining. When making dining reservations, remember you won’t be able to enter any additional theme parks, so select dining experiences in your chosen park or at nearby resorts or Disney Springs. The handy park map in your My Disney Experience app can be a huge help in visualizing those dining locations so you can work them into your plans.

Courtney, have fun planning, and please come back to see us if you have any more questions!

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
