Hi!! I am excited for our trip in late July..I have made all our dinner reservations for 5 and just found out 1 family member can not make the trip..What do i need to do if anything???

Hi, Mary! I'm sorry to hear that one of your travel party will not get to enjoy the Magic with you.  You have two options.  First, if you have the time, you should give Walt Disney World Dining a call at (407) WDW-DINE and let them know to subtract one from your Advance Dining Reservations.  That would free up a spot for others who are trying to make reservations.  It shouldn't take long, especially if you have your confirmation numbers handy.

Second, if there is ANY chance at all that your family member might rejoin the group, you should leave things just as they are now.  Adding a person to reservations is much more difficult than dropping them.  When you show up for your reservations, just let the Cast Member at the check-in stand know that one of your party is not able to attend.  He/she will make the necessary adjustments.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
