Child in wheelchair watching parade

So excited for DisneyWorld this September! To reduce my 19yr old's seizure threshold due to exhaustion, I'd like to rent a stroller or wagon of some sort. Where can I rent something she can rest in (she's around 125lbs)?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Traci! I'm so glad you stopped by.

September is a wonderful time of year to visit Walt Disney World Resort. As children across the nation head back to school, it gets even easier to navigate the Disney theme parks. The 2018 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival will be in full swing during your vacation so you can stroll World Showcase sampling incredible dishes from around the world. It makes me hungry just thinking about it.

In order to keep you daughter comfortable during your upcoming Disney adventure, I recommend that you consider renting a wheelchair for her. If you know you'll be using a wheelchair every day you visit the theme parks, you can save a few dollars by paying for a length-of-stay rental.

If you'd like to have a wheelchair available for her back at your hotel, too, then you should consider renting from a Disney Featured Provider like Buena Vista Strollers at (866) 484-4797 or Apple Scooter at (800) 701-1971. They'll deliver your rented wheelchair directly to your hotel and pick it up at the conclusion of your stay.

Let us know if you need any additional guidance as you plan for September. We'd be happy to provide any information that may be helpful.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
