We are very excited to bring our extended family and two kids (almost 6 & almost 3) 11/3-8. Might Jersey week affect us much? Which parks on which days do you recommend? Should we plan an off day?

    Hi Michelle,

November is a wonderful time to visit the Walt Disney World Resorts. The resorts and parks are getting ready for the Christmas holiday season.

I have visited Walt Disney World around this time and I do not remember it being particularly crowded. It really is a slow time of the year.

The really busy part of your week will happen as you are leaving as it is the Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend. Epcot will be the most busy because of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. I would visit Epcot early in your trip and prior to Magic Kingdom.

I generally avoid a park with Extra Magic Hours because I find them more crowded. The schedule is not out at this time so I can not advise parks until June.

Off days are up to you. We rarely plan a day off with a short trip. One tip-bring a double stroller because it is a lot of walking for even your six year old.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
