    Susan from MN Asked

    Can I exchange a 2-day HOPPER pass for a 5 Day - park-per-day pass? Paying the difference? Or can't I switch from a Hopper to a BASE

    Greetings, Susan!

Thanks for bringing your great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I think it's wonderful you plan on extending your trip to experience even more magic at the Happiest Place on Earth.

I'm delighted to tell you that you are always welcome to upgrade your park tickets at any of the main entrance ticket booths when you arrive at the Disneyland Resort. As long as your current ticket is still valid and you are upgrading to any ticket with higher value, you will only need to pay the difference. Since a 5-Day 1 Park Per Day ticket is a higher value than your 2-Day Park Hopper ticket you are welcome to upgrade. Just make sure you complete your upgrade before your ticket is used up on your second day. Once a ticket is fully used, it cannot be upgraded. Did you know that you can even apply the cost of your 2-Day Park Hopper ticket to a Disneyland Resort Annual Passport? I advise heading to the ticket booths early in your trip so you can spend your days enjoying all there is to offer at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

Before your trip, make sure you download the official Disneyland app. This handy app lets you see real-time attraction wait times, park maps, Character meeting locations, and even gives you the ability to book dining reservations. I advise familiarizing yourself with the app prior to arrival so you can really make the most out of your vacation.

I hope this information was helpful. Please return if you think of anything else, and have a magical day!
