Everything that I am reading indicates not to pack our magic bands as they are used four our Disney Express bus. I cannot find out the Disney Express is hooked to my bands. Are you able to assist? thank you, Steph

Hello Stephanie, and thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with an excellent question.

I am so excited to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort soon. Disney’s Magical Express is the best way to get your vacation started on the right foot. You are correct in the fact that if you have received MagicBands in advance of your arrival, that they should be packed in a carry-on bag. This is because your luggage will not be delivered to your Disney Resort Hotel for up to 3 hours after your arrival and your MagicBands are the key, that will unlock the door to your room.

Your MagicBands are connected to your My Disney Experience account. If you have already booked Disney’s Magical Express online or over the phone, it is already connected to your reservation. However, it may not show up on your My Disney Experience account. If you have not made your reservation yet, or you want to confirm your flight information you can contact Disney’s Magical Express at (407) 939-1936 and speak with a Cast Member for assistance. When you arrive at Orlando International Airport, you will need to have either a MagicBand or your Magical Express travel information available for the Cast Member at the Welcome Center on the Ground Transportation Area, Side B, Level 1 of the airport to board your motorcoach. You will have a wonderful trip, and if you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again.

    See ya real soon,
