Hi Celeste,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
First, I suggest that you review all of the
Services for Guests with Disabilities. Since my husband has a mobility disability, we have become familiar with the incredible services that the Walt Disney World Resort offers to guests with disabilities. The
Disability Access Service is one of many services that has helped us navigate the parks and resorts. I do believe it may be useful for you if you cannot tolerate a standard line queue. To register for this service, stop by Guest Relations when you visit your first theme park. Explain that you would like to request the Disability Access Service. When my husband has registered for the service, a cast member has connected the girls and me to his registration so that, when he uses the Disability Access Service, we can ride with him.
Celeste, the additional good news is that you can use the Disability Access Service in addition to Fast Pass+. So be sure to make all of your initial three Fast Pass+ selections for each day that you have valid theme park tickets. To use the service, simply approach a cast member at the entrance to a ride or attraction, explain that you have the Disability Access Service and request a return time for that attraction. Although anyone in your party can request a return time, when you return to ride, you must scan in first for the attraction.
I hope this helps!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
