Hi everyone, I'm travelling from the UK to Disney World for the first time with my three children in October, any advice on how to do this trip on a budget. We are staying at a Disney hotel, and have sorted theme park tickets already. Many Thanks

Hello Michelle and thanks for bringing a question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
I'm thrilled to know you've already booked your families 1st ever holiday to Walt Disney World Resort for this coming October and I can just imagine how excited your 3 lovely children are!
I'm quite sure Scrooge McDuck would approve of your pre-holiday budget planning which hopefully will make this trip less costly than you first thought.
One of the biggest expenses can be dining; so perhaps consider adding a Disney Dining Plan to your reservation. Paying in advance for dining in this way can be great for budget conscious Guests like me!
However don't forget when dining at Table Service restaurants it is customary in the USA to tip servers 15-20% of the total bill, however when dining at Counter Service restaurants there is no need to leave gratuity.
Another great money saver is to pre-order online bottled water and a few snack items to be delivered to your Disney Resort; performing a simple Google search should provide lots of grocery companies, but I have previously used with great success.
Try free Guest activities like Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom & Agent P's World Showcase Adventure or fun entertainment by visiting Disney's Boardwalk or the Tri-Circle-D Ranch to list but a few...
    Have a great Disney day.
