Hi everyone!! I enjoy your panel so much.. will be at DW over 4th of JUly for the firt time. My husband is disabled and wondering if there are any areas designated for handicapped to enjoy the fireworks especially in the MK? Thank you for your help

Hello Ruth!  I'm soooo excited for you!  Your first time at Disney World?  Can you say MAGICAL???

Walt Disney World is incredible at accommodating Guests with disabilities whenever they can.  You don't mention your husband's specific disability.  If it's a wheelchair issue, all of the parks have designated wheelchair areas along the parade routes.  In Magic Kingdom there is one in Liberty Square right across from The Hall of Presidents.   Another is in front of Cinderella Castle.  These are not the only ones, however.  I've attached a link to Guests with Disabilities for Walt Disney World.  This site will explain what Disney can offer a Guest with a disability in more detail.  Disability Guides for each park are also available for download.

You can also get a Guide for Guests with Disabilities for each park at Guest Services.  This guide will list wheelchair viewing locations.  Please, above all, ask Castmembers for help.  They are incredibly thoughtful and truly enjoy lending a hand.

    Have a wonderful trip!

Meet the Panelist: Marisol, Florida

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
