How do I use an EVC at the parks?

Hello there, Denise! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for sending in your question and helping us make a bit of Disney magic!

Walt Disney World Resort is absolutely amazing at providing services to all Guests with disabilities. This dedication to providing each and every Guest with a magical stay is really what pushes me to personally return to Walt Disney World Resort year after year. These services have helped me and my family enjoy our own trips on so many occasions!

One of the many services provided to Guests with disabilities includes the ability to rent an Electric Conveyance Vehicle or ECV. ECV rentals are available at Walt Disney World theme parks and water parks as well as Disney Springs. However, it is important to note that ECVs may not be removed from the area in which they are rented so this can be a bit of a problem if you are going to need an ECV outside of the parks and Disney Springs.

If this is true for you, I would highly recommend looking into the Disney Featured Providers that offer ECV rental. These companies provide ECV and mobility product rental and delivery throughout the Orlando-area. Renting from a Disney Featured Provider allows you to use your ECV throughout your stay regardless of whether or not you are visiting the parks or Disney Springs.

Have fun continuing to plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
