Hi Erin, I am trav in 3 weeks w/ DH, DS 4&1. What is the best way to organize your bags for the parks. We will have double stroller. Should I use fanny pack or backpack when we go on rides & leave the stroller? Where do you keep your camera/camc

There are stroller parking areas near the attractions in the parks. Strollers are not allowed in the lines for attractions, so you will often be required to park your wheels. In my stroller years, we generally brought two bags with us, one large-ish diaper bag that we would leave in the stroller (almost as if the stroller was functioning as a rolling locker) and one smaller pack that we would keep with us at all times.

When you leave the stroller to go on rides, you will want to take your valuables with you. For most people this would be their wallet and camera. You also want to bring with you the items that you think you may need for the next 30-45 minutes of your day (approximately the duration of the wait for a ride plus the ride itself). This could mean one extra diaper and a pack of wipes; or it could mean a juicebox and granola bar for each child; or a park map and your itinerary. Depending on what you choose to keep with you, this may fit in a fanny pack or small backpack.

The diaper bag in the stroller would hold your full day's supply of diapers and wipes, baby food or snacks, small toys, bibs, a guidebook, ponchos or umbrella, or anything else large, heavy, or easily replaceable. During the day, you can replenish the supplies in the small bag from your stash in the large bag.

As far as camera equipment goes, I put my camera in a soft case right into the "carry on" backpack that we take to the rides. I do not bring a video camera to WDW, but many people do. If you have multiple cameras, each adult in your party may need to have a pack with them at all times: one with the camera gear and one with the supplies for the kids.
