If Epcot's World Showcase opens at 11 am, is there something special to do to get to a dining reservation at Akershus at 9:55 am or to see Anna and Elsa in the Norway Pavilion (I've seen meet and greet times for them starting at 9 am) before 11 am?

Hi, Thomas!  You don't need to do anything special to meet these popular princesses! The "rope" that holds Guests back from the furthest parts of World Showcase (which open at 11:00 A.M.) is past the Norway pavilion because so many Guests have breakfast reservations for the character meal there.  You can certainly get there and get in on the meet and greet - even if you aren't dining. In fact, this has been such a popular meet and greet that it is recommended that you get there as quickly as possible after Epcot opens.  By the official start time for the meet and greet, there is already a significant line.  I hope you get to meet these delightful new princesses! Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
