HI! We will be in Epcot on 2/25 and I scheduled a noon appt at BBB in Disney Springs. We have a reservation at 3:20 at Akershus. I have no idea if this is enough time to go back and forth as far as travelling and best route to take. Super beginner here!

    Hello Lauren!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question.

My 9-year-old daughter simply loves to get a royal makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! This is definitely a must-do activity for her every time we visit the Walt Disney World Resort. It is such a unique moment for kids, especially when followed by a special character dining experience with Disney Princesses at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.

Guests are usually advised to plan 1.5 hours to travel between destinations within the Walt Disney World Resort when using Disney transportation. If you are traveling from Epcot to Disney Springs for your noon appointment, you will have to arrange private transportation since one-way bus service from the theme parks to Disney Springs is only available starting at 4:00 P.M. Going back to a Disney Resort hotel and then taking a bus to Disney Springs may take too long, so I recommend taking a taxi at park entrance or using the services of a ride app like Uber or Lyft.

My daughter’s last appointment at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique lasted about an hour, but times can vary depending on the transformation package your child chooses. Even if you are finished after 1:30 P.M. you will still have time to make it to Epcot for your dining reservation. Once again I recommend taking a taxi or using a ride app because buses will not be available. Remember you will have to clear security and scan your ticket card or MagicBand at park entrance before getting to the restaurant, so I would plan on arriving at Epcot no later than 2:45 P.M.

I hope this helps you plan a very special day! Come back to visit us real soon if you have more questions.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
