    Hi moms, We are going to EPCOT on July 24 and are looking for a Quick-Service restaurant with GF-Wheat Free dining options suitable for an 11 year old ( picky eater and we are on the dining plan

    Hello, Tina, welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    The dining options at Walt Disney World Resort offer an array of foods for all palates and special dietary needs. Please consult a Cast Member - Chef or Manager who will do their utmost to prepare a palatable and suitable meal for you.

    At Epcot, Sunshine Seasons Quick-Service eatery located in the Land Pavilion offers many healthful options such as grilled meats, fish, chicken and pork chops, as well as a variety of cooked and fresh vegetables, gluten-free pasta and fruit. There is a plentiful choice of foods, pleasing all Guests. Don't forget to secure your FastPass+ selection for Soarin' which offers a new journey around the world and is right beside Sunshine Seasons. As well, over at the Norway Pavilion, you can find Anna and Elsa at Royal Sommerhus for a spectacular meet and greet and then board your Norwegian vessel to explore the wintery world of Frozen in the attraction Frozen Ever After. What a wonderful day you'll have with these exciting experiences.
