    I had been entering the raffles to purchase an Elsa dress at our local Disney Store but was never succesful. So when we came to Disney World, we purchased the Elsa dress then realized that it's not the same dress. Can I return it?

    Your best bet is to contact Merchandise Guest Services at 1-877-560-6477. You can also email them at dw.mail.order@disneyworld.com. Returns are generally accepted as long as it is 30 days or less from the purchase date. You'll need to have a copy of your sales receipt handy, too. I recommend emailing first, and including details such as date and location of purchase, reason for return, and a contact number. You should receive a response with the next steps after a few days.
