    I entered a pass for my daughter on my account and it says it was added but it is not there. Why?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Peter! 

    Oh no! It sounds like those Jawas have been at it again. I’m sorry you have had some difficulty with getting things set up as you need on your Disneyland Resort account. Let’s see if we can get you headed in the right direction and then on to The Happiest Place on Earth. 

    Generally, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets and Annual Passports can be added to multiple accounts. In fact, my wife and I did that just this past weekend when we visited Disneyland Park with some friends. We linked our Passports together to join a Boarding Group in order to experience Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance together. We all linked our Passports to each of our separate accounts. Annual Passports linked like that show up in the “Tickets and Passes” section of the Disneyland app or under the “Shared Passports” section on the Disneyland Resort website.

    If you have tried linking the ticket to the Disneyland app or the Annual Passport to the app or to the website and it still did not work, here are some troubleshooting items I would recommend:
    • Try logging in to the app or the website using different accounts. Especially if the Passport you are trying to link was purchased on a different account, this may show better results.
    • If the issue is on the Disneyland app, you may try to uninstall and reinstall the app.
    • If the issue is on the Disneyland Resort website, you may try clearing cookies and cache related to the site. Note that Annual Passports show up on the website. But regular theme park tickets are typically only accessible on the Disneyland app.
    • Cast Members at Guest Relations locations, including kiosks throughout the theme parks, are wonderful resources for working out the occasional technical issues.
    • If things are still not working out, you may give Website Support a call. The helpful technicians on the line are great at making technical magic happen.
