Hi, are emotional support dogs allowed at Disney springs?

    Hi Stephanie,

Service Animals are defined by the Walt Disney World Resort as, "any dog or miniature horse trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability." If your dog has been certified and trained as a "service animal", you are welcome to bring him / her to any of theme parks or to Disney Springs. I called and spoke with a Cast Member at Disney's Disability Services to confirm this. If you have further questions regarding your animal, I recommend that you call (407) 560-2547 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com for any necessary clarification specific to your animal's training.

I hope this helps and that you have a wonderful time at Disney!

    Wishing you magical memories,

    Kaylene
