    We got an email invite for a BOG fastpass+ for lunch. We were able obtain a reservation that worked for us by following the instructions of the email but were given no reservation number. It also does not currently show up in our itinerary. help please:)

    Hi Lewis,

    No worries! I had the same anxiety the first time I used the FastPass+ lunch system for Be Our Guest. Because it is still in testing, it is not yet tied to My Disney Experience and doesn't show up in your itinerary. That's normal. Even though it is a bit disconcerting not to be able to see your reservation in My Disney Experience, you should be just fine.

    To see a confirmation of your reservation, you should be able to go back to the Be Our Guest lunch site and click "View."

    When you arrive at Be Our Guest, go to the check-in window and tell them you have FastPass+. They will confirm your name on the list and send you to the front of the line. If you ordered in advance, a cast member will confirm your order and welcome you inside. Or, if you didn't order in advance, you will be able to do it right away.
