Is it more economically feasible to rent a fridge at Pop Century and have groceries delivered or eat at the QS food court at the resort? Or should we pack dry breakfast foods and supplement with a run to get milk and juice? Thank you!

    Hi Dawn,

First you should know that there is no longer a fee to rent a refrigerator at the Pop Century resort. Mini fridges now come standard in all Disney hotel rooms, including the Pop, at no additional charge.

In general, preparing your own food is more economical than buying from the Disney restaurants. But to make sure that this is true in your situation, you may want to head over to the independent website allears.net. They have the complete menus, along with pricing, for every restaurant at Walt Disney World. You could look their to price out a few sample meals for your family, and then compare that price to what it would cost to bring your own cereal and other breakfast foods.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
