I like to eat as healthy as possible. I noticed most quick stop dining places offer burgers, hotdogs and that type of stuff. Is there a quick service location that offers healthy foods besides just a salad?

Hi Marla, Disney has made great strides in recent years in upgrading the healthfullness of its food offerings. There are fresh fruit snacks available everywhere. As for quick services locations, one of my favorite spots is Columbia Harbor House in the Magic Kingdom. They offer a wonderful hummus and broccoli slaw sandwich there. You'll also find a stand nearby in Liberty Square that sells baked potatoes, baked sweet potatoes, and grilled corn on the cob. So yummy! A great spot in Epcot is Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion. They offer sushi and have a sandwich station where you can request fresh items and lots of veggies. You should head on over to the independent website AllEars.net. They have a dining section that includes the full menus and pricing for all the restaurants at WDW. I'm sure you'll find that there is much more than burgers and fries on many of the menus. Enjoy!
