We are in the very early planning stages for our first trip with my 3 year old daughter and my parents. We are planning on staying at Fort Wilderness Cabins. Is there enough parking for my parents to drive separately or do we need to pile into one car?

    Hi Jennifer,

How exciting! I hope you are having so much fun. We love planning our Disney vacations and it is even more special with it being your daughter's first trip. We just returned from a stay at the Fort Wilderness Cabins and had a great time. I was amazed and how much there is to do at that resort.

There is plenty of room to park two cars outside your cabin and no need to sit on each other's laps in just one car. There is one actual parking spot outside the cabin but plenty of room on either side for an additional car. You will not be able to use the cars to move around the resort as there is no place to park by the pools, stables, and restaraunts. You will need to either use the internal Fort Wilderness bus to travel to those amenities or you can rent a golf cart for approximately $55 a day. Many guests brought their own golf carts or bikes with them for use around the campground.

Hope you have an amazing trip!
