If you do early check-in at a resort but your room is not ready yet are still able to use the free parking or Disney transportation to the theme park? I was planning on checking in around 8:00 a.m. and then heading to Magic Kingdom on our first day.

Hi there, Rebecca! Once you have checked in to your home Resort, you are certainly able to use all of the amenities available to every Resort Guest. Each member of your traveling party will be issued a Key to the World card (temporarily unlinked, of course, to a room) that you can use for charging (as authorized), Guest identification, and so on. When your room is ready, you will receive a notification text message from your Resort. Any time thereafter, you can go to the Resort and have your Key/s to the World activated as keys to your now-ready room. Have a wonderful stay as you maximize the magic! See you later, celebrator, -Deborah B.
