what is the earlies time the buses leave port caneveral back to the Disney Resorts after a cruise? Thank you

Welcome aboard, Sharon! You must have a magical sailing with Disney Cruise Line coming up! I'm glad you're looking into Disney Cruise Line's ground transfers, as they really are the best way to transition from land to sea and back again.

Usually by about 7:30 a.m., the ship is cleared for guests to disembark at Port Canaveral. The first guests to leave are those using express check-out, meaning they carry all of their own luggage off the ship. Most guests, however, will leave their luggage out the night before for pick up. Then, they carry only their carry-on bags the following morning. It's so much easier that way. Once the express check-out guests depart, the rest of the guests are able to head off the ship. It usually takes half an hour or so to leave the ship, gather bags in the warehouse area and go through customs. Then, simply hop onboard Disney Cruise Line's motorcoach to the resorts or airport. Once your motorcoach is full, it will head out. Motorcoaches run on a continuous basis until all guests have disembarked. It's hard to say exactly when the first one heads out, because it really depends on when the guests are ready on the motorcoach. If you're hoping to get to your Walt Disney World resort as soon as possible, plan to head off the ship as soon as you're able in the morning so you can be on one of the first shuttles for the 45 minute to hour long trip. Motorcoaches heading to the resorts can stop at up to three resorts. If you haven't already, give Disney Cruise Line a call at 800-951-3532 to add these transfers to your reservation. There is an additional cost of $35 per person each way, but I promise it's worth every penny to let Disney take care of all of the details!

I hope those details help as you continue planning your cruise, Sharon. Let me know if I can answer any other questions before you set sail!
