Hi Mom's! My DW vaca is coming up 1/11. I was wondering if I should purchase the water park and more. I have a 2 yo turning 3 while we are there and not sure DQuest has enough for him to do or if the water park is even an option. Thanks!

    Hi Erin!

When considering if you want to purchase the Water Parks Fun and More (WPFAM) option for your upcoming vacation, ask yourself the following:
    • Will you spend one or more days during your vacation at a water park?
    • Does your family want to spend several days experiences attractions outside of the park, such as at Disney Quest, golfing and Wide World of Sports Complex?
    • Is your vacation ten days or longer?

Typically my family doesn't purchase the WPFAM because we like to spend the majority of our time in the four Disney parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios). We visited Disney Quest once and LOVED it, so there are definite benefits to the upgrade, but it isn't the best fit for our family. Considering that your son is two, he may not be able to really enjoy Disney Quest, as it is geared towards older kids. Also, since you are visiting in January, you may not get to visit the water parks as much as you would like. The weather can be warm enough to enjoy the water parks in January at times, but the weather can be unpredictable.

I hope you have a magical vacation!
