    Hi Julie,

I do not think that you are crazy! Times like Thanksgiving, winter holidays, and Spring Break are popular for a reason - it is when many of us can take time off from work and school! My family visits Walt Disney World often during these popular times of year. Let me share some of my tips with you.

I think that it is good that you have been to Walt Disney World many times. This means that you already have an idea of the layout of the theme parks, as well as things that you may want to do. I suggest that you take advantage of Disney FastPass+ service. This will allow you to make up to three selections each day for attractions that you can experience with shorter wait times. Since you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort hotel, you will be able to make these selections 60 days ahead of your check-in date. I like to make my Disney FastPass+ selections for early in the day. After you have used all three of your pre-selected choices, you can make a fourth, and once you have used that a fifth, and so on and so forth for the rest of the day depending on availability.

I also like to arrive at the theme park early in the day, even 30 minutes or so before the posted opening time. Many guests like to sleep in, and even at busier times of year, I find that you can experience more attractions in the early morning hours.

Disney's Contemporary Resort is a great home base for your vacation. I tend to find the resort hotels to not feel too crowded even when there are many guests present.

I do suggest that you make Disney Dining reservations ahead of your vacation so that you are able to choose your ideal times and locations for meals.

I hope that these thoughts were helpful for you, Julie!
