    Going to DW in Dec. Have Magic Bands and Fastpass+. Have my Disney Experience app on my android, but cannot get my dining reservations to show up anywhere. (They do show up on my home computer). Will phone show additional info when I get inside the park

    Hi Cynthia,

    I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with the My Disney Experience app. If your Advance Dining Reservations are appearing on the computer but not on your phone now, I'm not sure much will change when you arrive. You might want to try calling Walt Disney World before you arrive at (407) 939-7849 to see if they can help with retrieving the reservations on your phone.

    While you are at Walt Disney World however, there are quite a number of kiosks and stations at each park where you can double check your reservations or make changes. The concierge at all of the Walt Disney World resorts can help as well. By tapping your Magic Band or by logging in with your My Disney Experience information, you should have full access to your reservation information.

    In the meantime, I'll hope for an App update or change so that things begin working!
