We are DVC members. We purchased the magic bands for our upcoming trip. We also purchased the Dining Plan. Will our information about our dining plan be kept on our bands like it was on our cards in the past?

Hi Donna! Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort. YES! When you purchase the Disney Dining Plan your entitlements are magically linked on your MagicBands.

You're going to love the new MagicBands. These colorful high-tech wristbands serve as your key to the world during your vacation...your room key, entry into the theme parks when you've purchased a ticket, access to FastPass+ selections, PhotoPass card and optional payment account all in one...it brings a whole new meaning to the word SIMPLICITY!

And speaking of simplicity...with the Disney Dining Plan you can enjoy sampling the variety of great restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort and splurge without worrying about a hefty bill because you'll only pay gratuity for table service meals. There are hundreds of delicious choices of restaurants covered on the Disney Dining Plan so pack your appetite!

I love knowing the bulk of our dining expenses are already taken care of and it's great being able to make our dining reservation way advance (up to 180 days) at most Walt Disney World Resort restaurants.

I hope your upcoming vacation is magical and memorable.
