Star Wars Galaxy's Edge Guests Walking Entry

I have a duplicate annual pass on my Disney App, how do I delete the duplicate so I don’t run into problems with entering the park or getting fast passes.

    Hey, howdy, hey, Micheal!

What a coincidence. You and I are in the same boat. I too have a duplicate Annual Passport appearing in My Disneyland account. And I know just what you mean. It does have a tendency to interfere a bit when using the Disneyland app for gaining theme park admission or for making Disney FASTPASS selections using Disney MaxPass

When I have had this type of situation in the past, I have been able to get excess theme park admission removed from my account by calling Website Support. My understanding is that the wonderful Cast Members at one of the main Guest Relations locations may also help with this.

For my visits to the Disneyland Resort, I have worked around this situation. I do so by strategically planning my visits with my favorite companions, namely my own family members. That helps because then we can use their My Disneyland accounts rather than mine. All of my family’s Annual Passports are “owned” by my own account. So they are permanently attached unless removed by an authorized Cast Member. But Annual Passports and theme park tickets may also be linked to as many other My Disneyland accounts as you like. When you link your Passport to another Guest’s account, the Passport may be removed using the “Delete This Passport” button that will show up with Passports that are not “owned” by the account signed in within the app.

Since my visits to the Disneyland Resort are sometimes with the whole family and sometimes with just my spouse and me, this feature makes it easy for us to simply use my spouse’s account when we head to The Happiest Place on Earth. The ability to add and remove tickets and Annual Passports in my spouse’s account gives us the flexibility to match our actual party to the set of tickets linked in the app. As we manage our tickets and FASTPASS selections during our visits, we never have to worry about de-selecting tickets and Passports of Guests who are not joining us during that visit. Not only does that make FASTPASS selections much more convenient, but it also helps us quickly join a Boarding Group for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance.

I hope this helps give you a viable path forward toward resolving your concern, Micheal. If you have any more questions about the Disneyland Resort, please feel free to stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel again.
