i have a duplicate account that I do not use anymore. How do I delete the account so that I can change my email address on my primary account?

    Hi Jason,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for bringing this question to us.

I recommend that you call the Walt Disney World website support at 407-939-4357. My husband had a duplicate account a few years ago. We were able to call and a cast member resolved the issue.

Once you are able to change your email address on your primary account, be sure you have updated My Disney Experience with your current credit card information. When you make your Dining Reservations, you will be able to use the credit card on file to hold those reservations. I have often found this helpful when I was trying to snag hard-to-get dining reservations.

I trust that a cast member in website support will be able to help you!

    Happy Planning!
