    We are due at WDW within a week but due to illness there is a strong possibility that we might have to cancel. I know how to cancel but what is the penalty cost? And if we have paid for the room already what is the penalty and its cost?

    I am so very sorry to hear that someone is sick. This has been a bad year for illness and the flu.

    Walt Disney World Resort Cancellation policies vary depending on what type of package you have and whether or not you have travel insurance. I highly recommend that you call a reservations specialist at 407-939-1936. They can assist you with your exact package information and any penalties/costs associated with canceling.
