We are driving to WDW, and traveling with family who is flying. We have linked our reservations with Disney (travel with#) and requested adjoining rooms. What is the best way to ensure our request for adjoining rooms be met: online or in-house check-in?

    Hi Melissa,

I would recommend that you firstly contact the Resort hotel where you will be staying directly and have them make a note of your request against both family's reservation numbers.

Then, when the first of your two parties arrives at your Resort hotel, proceed to the check-in desks and once you are given your welcome pack, ask the Cast Member to check to see if you have been allocated adjoining rooms.

Whilst requests cannot be guaranteed, Cast members will try their very best to accommodate your requests.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
