    Hi Denise,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

It sounds like you originally thought that you would have four adults and two children in your traveling party, but that might now change to three adults and two children. This would change the accommodations that you can book at Disney Vacation Club resorts.

If the one adult drops out, and you are indeed a party of five, you could stay in a one-bedroom villa at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Old Key West Resort, and many of the one-bedroom villas at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas.  If you do book at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas, be sure to indicate that you need a villa to accommodate five guests. If you are not yet sure if that sixth person is going to drop out, then you do need to book different accommodations.  Two deluxe studios at any Disney Vacation Club Resort at Walt Disney World will fit six people total.

I would caution you against booking those two deluxe studios and putting yourself on the wait list for a one-bedroom, and here is why. The wait list is automatic, so if the one-bedroom villa availability opened up for your travel dates, you would be moved into the one-bedroom villa automatically and then notified. If that sixth person can still come, you would then have an issue because you would not have room for that person. I suggest that you go ahead and book the two deluxe studios, just to be safe. If the fourth adult is does drop out, then go ahead and change your booking to a one-bedroom villa at one of the above resorts when that happens.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Denise!  Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
