    I downloaded my pictures with memory maker, but the print option is grayed out and cannot print. I clicked on download the limited license agreement, but that just downloads a copy of the agreement. Help?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulty in printing your Memory Maker photographs.

    In this instance, I would recommend that you contact Disney PhotoPass direct who will hopefully be able to resolve your problem for you.
