As you know, when you add
Disney MaxPass to your theme park ticket, downloads of all your
PhotoPass photos are included. You must have purchased Disney MaxPass in advance or on the day the images were captured in order to be able to download them using MaxPass. MaxPass cannot be purchased retroactively to provide access to photos taken in the past. With a valid MaxPass purchase, you do not need to buy photos individually as they will automatically be available for download. So if the photos you are trying to download were captured on a day when you were actively using MaxPass, call PhotoPass Guest Support at (714) 520-7106 to see if they can grant you access to your images.
The issue might also stem from the photos not being linked to the same account as the ticket that included MaxPass. You can link photos by manually entering the photo ID or linking the ID number on the back of any PhotoPass card you received. You need to ensure that the ticket you purchased was linked to your account as well. You might also try logging in to your
Disneyland app to see if your photos appear there, but I think calling Guest Support will be your best bet.
