Doug, In a previous post, you said that you thought MK should be the first stop on vacation, and then go again later in the week. Do I understand you correctly, that you think it is better to split up days at MK? I'll be at WDW 8 days. Thanks

    Dawn,

For most anyone visiting Walt Disney World with more than 4 days of park plans, there are going to be more than two days of that dedicated to the Magic Kingdom.

When I go, I prefer to break up my days at the Magic Kingdom with days at the other parks. I guess it makes the second day there a bit more fresh having had other experiences in between, rather than revisiting the next day. Certainly if I expect us to ride something again on the 2nd day there that I had ridden on the first day, it seems less repetitive to me, and kids enjoy it almost like it was new again.

That is not to say that going on back to back days is bad. It is certainly more than fine, and there is so much there to do that it is tons of fun. I just personally prefer to split it up a bit.

I hope that helps? If you have any follow-up questions, please feel free to send me a follow-up questions!

    Have a magical vacation!
