Doug, DH, DD's 8 and I going to WDW for 1st visit in July. 10 days w/hopper. Need help w/touring plan. DDs are 46" & want to do both thrill rides and child rides (dumbo, etc). Very into princesses. It seems as if every plan leaves off one or

    Amber,

    10 Days - FANTASTIC!

Your daughter's should be able to get on any ride at 46" tall. The only exception is the Tomorrowland Speedway where they will have to ride with an adult.

So here is what I recommend from a big picture plan.

    • Day 1: Magic Kingdom. I always recommend this as the starting point for any first time visitor. It sets the mood for the whole vacation.
    • Days 2-5: For these next four days, visit the other three parks and make a return visit to the Magic Kingdom on either day 3 or 4.
    • Day 6: Plan on a 1/2 day visit to the Magic Kingdom. Either in the AM or the PM, but not both. Let the other half day be one for re-charging your family's batteries at the pool, visiting Downtown Disney, or whatever suits your fancy.
    • Days 7-9: Visit the three non-Magic Kingdom parks again. Make a point of staying up for IllumiNations at Epcot.
    • Day 10: Finish with the Magic Kingdom.
This is just the big-picture plan. Write me back with more questions so we can scope out attractions and dining as you map things out.

    Have a magical vacation!
