We are doing a split stay, but only getting the dining plan for the first part. Will the refillable mugs work for our entire stay?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Stacey!

How fun that you are gearing up for a magical vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. For my last family vacation, I planned a split stay as well. I was a tad nervous about having to move resorts in the middle of our stay, but I loved getting to enjoy two different, yet equally magical Disney Resort Hotels during our visit. And the move was so easy! We packed up and like magic, our bags were transported to our second resort. Convenience with a touch of pixie dust!

And talking about convenience, don’t you just love knowing that you have pre-paid for some of your magical Disney meals before you arrive? The Disney Dining Plans are a great way to stay on budget and enjoy your meals without having to think about the bill. And for my family, the resort refillable mugs are another bonus. My husband loves being able to enjoy his favorite sodas with his meals at the resorts and I love getting my coffee first thing in the morning!

Stacey, when you get your Dining Plan Resort Refillable Mug, it will come loaded for use for the length of your stay. The mugs usually remain active for 14-days so you should be able to bring those with you and enjoy them during the second half of your stay.

Be sure to mark your calendar for the important planning dates for your visit. As a guest of a Disney Resort hotel, you can book your FastPass+ 60-days in advance. And your Advanced Dining Reservations as early as 180-days in advance.

I hope you have a magical time during your upcoming visit! If you have any more questions or need additional planning tips or advice, be sure to come by and see us.

    TTFN, ta ta for now,
